Seven families on one street win £50k each in huge jackpot

Seven families on one street won £50k each in a huge Postcode Lottery jackpot.

The postcode in Kirkby was drawn on Tuesday, December 15, meaning everyone who plays in that area was guaranteed the incredible prize.

TV presenter Jeff Brazier was the lucky Postcode Lottery ambassador who got to tell the neighbours that their lives were about to change, just a week before Christmas.

In a statement, the lottery said that residents on Birkin Road, L32 6RN, had won a whopping £350k in total but had decided to stay anonymous.

They added: “Seven Kirkby residents are set to have a great Christmas after they each won £50,000 per ticket with People’s Postcode Lottery.

“Their postcode, L32 6RN, was announced as a winner with the lottery on Tuesday 15th December.
