Customers are invited to visit the store to enjoy their favourite Starbucks beverage or try the new summer menu, including the Coffee Chocolate Crunch Frappuccino, Caramel Brownie Cream Frappuccino, Lemon Iced Tea and Peach Iced Tea.
People can also get their hands on limited-edition products in celebration of Starbucks’ 50th anniversary, including merchandise featuring the iconic Siren and Anniversary Blend coffee. An intense blend made with coffee beans from the esteemed coffee growing region of Indonesia, the bold blend is full of flavours of truffle, tarragon, cedarwood, and allspice.
Rob Todorov, Starbucks brand manager at EG Group said: “We are excited to open our new store in Liverpool and becoming a part of the local community. The team are closely following the latest guidance from both the government and health authorities to keep everyone safe.”
In accordance with the latest government guidance, the store will be drive thru and ‘to-go’ only. While seating is not available for use inside the store, customers can still order for takeaway.
Seating will be available inside from Monday, May 17 in line with next phase of the government’s roadmap out of lockdown, which will see indoor hospitality resume.
At this stage, most legal restrictions on meeting others outdoors will also be lifted, although gatherings of over 30 people will remain illegal.
The government’s roadmap aims to see all restrictions lifted by June 21 – if the government’s four key tests are met. The four tests include the vaccine-roll out continuing successfully, vaccine efficacy, infection rates and hospitals and new variants.
The new Starbucks store is located on Dunnings Bridge Road, Liverpool, L30 6UZ and is open from 6.30am until 9pm, Monday to Friday, 7am until 9pm on Saturdays and 8am until 8pm on Sundays.
