Rudy’s pizza looks set to open a second venue in Liverpool after artwork appeared at a new location.
The restaurant chain already has a busy premises on Castle Street and operates across the UK with restaurants in cities including Manchester, London, and Leeds.
Rudy’s first opened in Liverpool back in 2018, and has became a staple of the thriving hospitality scene on Castle Street, with a large outdoor dining area that has proved popular over the summer months.

Now Rudy’s looks set to expand onto another of Liverpool’s busiest streets, joining the host of cafes, restaurants and shops on Liverpool’s much-loved Bold Street. Rudy’s branding is now in place on the former Sainsbury’s store at the top of Bold Street, with signage that says the restaurant is ‘opening soon’.
Sainsbury’s convenience store temporarily closed back in March 2020, at the start of the first national lockdown. A Sainsbury’s spokesperson confirmed the Bold Street store would be closing for good back in June.
Rudy’s offers a wide selection of pizza including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Takeaway and delivery is also available, as well as ‘bake at home’ options where customers can purchase cooking kits. To find out more about Rudy’s, click here
