Less than a mile and a half away, other five bedroom properties are listed for £1,300,000 on Links Hey Road, £1,750,000 on Croft Drive East and £1,800,000 million on Kings Drive.

While a property in the neighbouring Caldy, on Thorsway is listed for a pricey £2,500,000.

Caldy is an affluent area in Merseyside, with numerous homes currently for sale over the £1 million range.

With the closeness of Thurstaston to Caldy it’s no surprise that many houses are going up in price.

The average house price in Caldy has gone up a little in the last year and now stands at £960,591, according to Rightmove.

The peninsula’s most expensive house sold between January and March this year was in Caldy when 40 Croft Drive East was snapped up for £1,550,000 in February.

Images on Rightmove show that Robinswood not only have five bedrooms but an impressive five reception rooms also, that include a sitting room, dining room, drawing room, media room / play-room and study.

The reception rooms come off an entrance hall that spans almost the entire length of the lower floor.

While on the first floor, all five bedrooms can be found with the master offering a large dressing room and en-suite.

Bedrooms two and three share a ‘Jack & Jill’ en-suite, while the fourth bedroom shares the main family bathroom.

The fifth bedroom has also has its own en-suite bathroom.

Highlights also include an ‘expansive’ deck and terrace area off the kitchen that boasts views across the back gardens and to Wale sand the Dee Esturary.
