Liverpool ONE is set to welcome a new immersive golf experience this year – and it will even have a bar.
On The Green will open its first ever site on The Terrace at Liverpool ONE once lockdown restrictions are lifted.
The 4,700 sq ft venue will feature a premium golf simulation concept, designed with both professional and novice golfers in mind.
On The Green’s revolutionary technology will allow customers to play a full 18-hole round of golf with a real club and golf ball, providing active analysis on spin rate, projection and club swings.

The gold concept will also enable users to play a number of the world’s top courses within a relaxed and informal environment.
On The Green will provide top brand golfing equipment for use while in the simulators to ensure accessibility for all.
PGA professionals will also be available to offer lessons to complete beginners or those wanting to hone their skills.
The new venue plans to make full use of its terrace, which offers panoramic views over the city.
The terrace will be equipped with a bar for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ‘clubhouse’ drinks, with space for family outings, social gatherings and even formal business meetings.
Once open, On The Green will operate in line with all applicable Covid-19 regulations, in conjunction with the strict health and safety measures in place across Liverpool ONE.
Alison Clegg, director of asset management for Grosvenor Group, said: “Securing the debut for On The Green’s new experiential concept is a great way for Liverpool ONE to herald in the new year, and further establishes our position as a leading destination.
“The new venue will sit comfortably alongside our strong existing leisure brands, including Roxy Ball Room and Junkyard Golf. It is fantastic that Liverpool ONE is the first choice for local independent operators as well as big national names, and we look forward to seeing On The Green thrive as part of this well-balanced mix.”

Matt Hatchard, director at On The Green, added: “We were selective when searching for the perfect location at which to launch On The Green, and Liverpool ONE, with its outstanding mix of leisure names, open-air environment and attractive terrace, really stood out to us.
“We wanted to work with a destination that supported our vision of delivering a premium indoor golf simulation concept, bar and terrace, and Liverpool ONE has strongly supported us on this front.
“We can’t wait to open post lockdown and deliver everything On The Green is about to families, friends, business colleagues and golfing professionals alike.”
