A new Liverpool business is serving up “the best roasts” in the city just five weeks after opening.
Roasted Liverpool was launched by duo Andrew Magadah and Hannah Mortimer during lockdown after realising they wanted to serve people food they’d eat every day if they could.
The company offers bespoke roast dinners every day of the week and gives customers a huge variety of meats and trimmings to choose from.
Andrew told the ECHO: “Roasted started literally five weeks ago. We’ve always had a passion for cooking, and friends always rave about our food when they came to gatherings pre-Covid.

“So we just thought ‘what food do people like, and can eat everyday if they wanted to?’
“Then we came up with Roasted Liverpool.”
Roasted has already formed a cult following on Instagram, with some reviewers claiming it makes “the best roasts” and others saying they “need to try it”.
Andrew says word has “spread like wildfire” since Roasted Liverpool launched.
He said: “We did about four giveaways and word spread like wildfire, quicker than we anticipated.
“We’re based in Aigburth and deliver to surrounding areas, and if you’re not in the area, you can collect.”
Roasted Liverpool gives customers the chance to choose anything and everything they’d like on their roast dinner.
Meat options include chicken, lamb, beef and gammon or there are options for salmon and nut roast too. You can add vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, parsnips and more too.
